The new keycard gives you the following advantages:

-) in the 2025/26 winter season you can then conveniently recharge your ski passes in the onlineshop and use them immediately
-) the new keycard is valid for several years.

How will the ski passes be delivered? All season passes from the online-presale will be sent automatically by post free of charge to the address provided. An information e-mail will be sent out as soon as the ski passes have been checked, printed and are on their way to the desired address.

How long does delivery take? Once the order has been completed, it takes up to 5 working days for the purchased ski passes to be delivered to the desired destination address by the shipping service provider.

When making a purchase - whether online or offline - you will receive a keycard. This is personalised and works contactlessly at all access points to the ski resorts. The turnstile opens automatically and you can simply pass through it.

The keycard is registered contactlessly as you pass through access control. Please do not insert the keycard into the reader! You can simply keep it on the left side of your jacket.

Accidents happen. If you suffer an injury due to an accident and are therefore unable to continue using your season ticket, please contact us at office@kaerntner-skipass.com. Ideally, you should also send us your invoice receipt. A partial refund as a gesture of goodwill can be made by submitting a medical certificate along with your ski pass. If you submit your documents before 14 January, half of the ski pass price will be refunded. You will receive a third of the price back by 14 February. However, it is the date of submission that counts, not the date of injury! For family and partner packages, only the prorated ski pass price (as calculated in the package) will be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be granted after 14 uses, regardless of the time component.

If you lose your ski pass, you can go directly to a ticket office in any participating skiing area and fill out a loss form. Your keycard will be cancelled immediately and a new ski pass will be issued to you for a processing fee of 25 euros.
